By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms and conditions. Please read them before ordering. If you do not agree, you should not use the website or place an order.

Orders may only be placed by customers aged 18 or over. You confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are legally entitled to order the products selected. Orders for minors are not accepted.

Products and prices

Product descriptions, pack sizes, ingredients, images and other information are provided to help you make an informed choice. Product availability may change, and a product shown on the website may not always be available to order.

  • Prices are shown in euro unless stated otherwise.
  • Any delivery charge will be shown at checkout.
  • The price shown at checkout is the price that applies to your order, unless there is an obvious pricing error.

Where a prescription is required, a valid prescription must be received and verified before the order can be processed.

Placing and confirming an order

When you submit an order, you are asking us to supply the products selected. We may contact you to check information, confirm suitability or request any prescription or other details needed to process the order.

An order is accepted when we send an order confirmation. We may refuse or cancel an order where a product is unavailable, payment is not authorised, the required prescription or information is not provided, or the order does not meet these terms. If this happens after payment has been taken, the relevant amount will be refunded.

Payment

Payment must be made using one of the payment methods available at checkout. Payment details must be accurate, and you must be authorised to use the payment method provided.

Payment may be checked or authorised before an order is accepted. If payment fails or is reversed, we may pause, refuse or cancel the order. We take reasonable steps to protect payment information, but no online system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Delivery and receiving your parcel

Delivery options, charges and estimated delivery information will be shown at checkout. We will use the delivery details provided with the order, so you should check them carefully before submitting it.

  • Someone receiving the parcel may be required to confirm that they are an adult.
  • You should check the parcel and packaging when it arrives.
  • If the parcel is damaged, opened or appears to have been tampered with, do not use the contents and contact us through the Contact page.

Delivery may be delayed by events outside our reasonable control. If an order cannot be delivered, we may contact you to arrange a suitable next step.

Changing or cancelling an order

You may cancel an order within the period set by applicable law, subject to any applicable exceptions. To request cancellation, provide the order details through the Contact page as soon as possible.

If an order has already been dispatched, cancellation may not be possible before delivery. Some products, including products that cannot safely be resold, may be excluded from cancellation where applicable law allows.

Returns and refunds

Where a return is allowed, products should be returned in the condition and packaging required for safe resale, unless the product is faulty or the applicable law provides otherwise. Medicines and other health products may be subject to safety restrictions on returns.

Approved refunds will normally be made to the original payment method within the period set by applicable law. Delivery charges may be treated differently where applicable law allows. If a product is faulty, damaged or incorrect, contact us through the Contact page so that we can review the issue.

Information on this website does not replace advice from a doctor or pharmacist. You should follow the instructions of your doctor and the package leaflet supplied with the medicine. If you have questions about whether a medicine is suitable, ask a doctor or pharmacist before using it.

You are responsible for providing accurate and current information about your health, medicines and allergies when this is requested. Stop using a product and seek medical advice if you are concerned about a reaction or a change in your condition. Where a prescription is required, the medicine will only be processed in accordance with the prescription requirements.

Liability and changes to these terms

We take reasonable care to keep the website and order service available and the information accurate. To the extent allowed by law, we are not responsible for loss caused by events outside our reasonable control, inaccurate information supplied by a customer, or improper use of a product. Nothing in these terms limits any responsibility that cannot legally be limited.

We may update these terms from time to time. The terms in force when an order is accepted will apply to that order. Updated terms will apply to future use of the website and future orders.
